Course Description
Project cycle management is the discipline of identifying problem/project, planning, executing, monitoring and evaluating in order to ensure that the project operation achieves specific goals at the specified time and resources. Module 1 of Project Management presents an introductory overview of project cycle management, its principles and approaches, varieties of tools and techniques to analyze the situation and identify problem/project. It also provides guidelines and tools for the next steps of the operation.
