Project Cycle Management via the The Civil Society Partnerships Project (CSPP), is a USAID funded project.
The Project Cycle Management (PCM) courses is designed for organization leaders and senior managers. The course focuses on the role of leaders and managers in the project cycle and how to involve staff and beneficiaries in every step of the cycle to maximize project impact. Courses are 2-3 days of instruction.

Organization Management Courses are designed for senior managers, administration officers and finance managers. They focus on key aspects of nonprofit organization management, including legal and regulatory matters, internal processes and procedures, organization structures, and
pro-active leadership. Courses are 6-7 days of instruction.
