CSPP organized Training of Trainers Course for 22 participants as directors seniority and instructors

On 22nd to 25th August, 2017 USAID-Funded Civil Society Partnerships Project (CSPP) under Khon Kaen University’s Center for Civil Society and Nonprofit Management (CSNM) organized Training of Trainers Course: Essential for Becoming a Transformational Leader, Financial Management for Enhanced Performance and Resource Mobilization and Sustainability at Paradise Hotel in UdonThani Province. Totally, 22 participants from 20 organizations as directors/seniority and instructors from Civil Society Organizations and institutes attended. 

This 4 day-training aims to create and pool of specialist covered 3 modules as well as to deliver services for CSOs, private sector and government agencies who wish to develop and enhance organizational capability professionally. In practices, CSNM concerns in core value applied likely participatory approach, adult-learning and plurality-respected. Methodologically, Appreciative Inquiry (AI) as a tool for empowering individuals in positive way, was exercised during training. Accordingly, participants were feely to create session design and techniques to be presented include, but not limited in open-mined reflections particularly in qualitative and quantitative contents. Finally, all leads to achievements of training of trainers in sense of happiness-learning, academy-inquiry, social- networking and people-involving.
