The Civil Society Partnerships Project (CSPP) seeks to improve management skills, organizational capacity, and sustainability of civil society organizations (CSOs) in the Lower Mekong Sub-region (LMS).

The goal of the Civil Society Partnerships Project (CSPP) is to leverage partnerships to improve management skills, organizational capacity, and sustainability of civil society organizations (CSOs) in the Lower Mekong Sub-region (LMS). Funded by USAID and implemented through the Khon Kaen University’s Center for Civil Society and Non-Profit Management (CSNM), CSPP works to achieve the following objectives:

CSPP Objectives

  1. To strengthen professionalism of CSOs to carry-out oversight responsibilities.
  2. To expand platforms for CSOs to engage each other and policymakers on issues related to strategy, advocacy and operations.

 Project activities will include:

  1. Capacity building in CSO leadership and professionalism 
  2. Helping to establish standards for CSOs 
  3. Organizing public dialogues and learning events.
  4. Helping to create institutional networks and coalitions.
