Ms. Sirinath Matra is a Thai national. She has long engagement in Non-Profit sector based in Northeastern Thailand. She started work as assistant researcher at Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Khon Kaen University. Then, moved to UNICEF EAPRO, Appropriate Technology Association, NGOs-Coordinating Committee for Rural Development in the Northeastern and Isan Land Reform Network. She also got scholarship from International Fellowships Program, Ford Foundation.

Prior joining the CSNM, she was project assistant of Isan Culture Maintenance and Revitalization Program at College of Local Administration in Khon Kaen University from 2013-2015. In addition to her roles, coordinating with target groups, conducting meeting and workshop, preparing and translating documents (TH: ENG) verbally and writing. Her focus areas are community organization development, natural resource management, sustainable agriculture, and community-based research.

Academically, she holds a Master Degree in Regional and Rural Development Planning from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and B.A. in Social Development Management from Khon Kaen University, Khon Kaen, Thailand.
