Mr. Rattaphon Pitakthepsombat, has worked as a development practitioner since 1993, first as a field worker in rural Thai villages where he sharpened his skills and applied his academic knowledge to practical problems facing NGOs and villagers. Mr. Pitakthepsombat has more than 12 years of project management and leadership experience with IUCN and more recently WWF Thailand. He has joined Center for Civil Society and Nonprofit Management (CSNM) since 2015 as a Chief of Party (COP) for the USAID Civil Society Partnership Project, as manager of projects in Thailand and the Mekong Region, he has developed relationships and networks with government agencies and NGOs working on environment issues across the region. He has also developed strong project planning, monitoring and management skills, enabling him to guide culturally diverse teams to achieve stated project objectives. Mr.Pitakthepsombat’s experience includes the development, implementation and oversight of project budgets and maintaining relations with multiple donors. He holds a Master Degree in Social Development and speaks Thai and English.
