Mr. Poonsombat Namla, He has been long working with NGOs in Northeast of Thailand for 20 years. He began his social work as community worker at Foster Parents Plan International, Udornthani, Thailand (1990-1992). He worked as a NGO mechanism coordinator in 1998 – 2012, coordinated collaboration and cooperation between NGO and government institutions, including working with local academic establishments with the intention of localizing development. He had conducted training activities, seminars and forums for information exchange on development concepts and tools which were implemented by development workers and community workers in the northeast region of Thailand. He has joined Center for Civil Society and Nonprofit Management (CSNM) as a Training Manage for USAID Civil Society Partnerships Project, to improve CSO projects and organizations capacities. Poonsombat hold master of Intercultural Service leadership and Management with a focus on NGO leadership and management from School for International Training, Brattleboro, VT, USA and bachelor degree in Community Development, Khon Kaen University, Thailand.
